New project in Łódź - Osiedle Primo Stage III

The third set of construction of the Primo residential complex is a continuation of creative solutions on the map of the revitalized New Center in Łódz.
It is here that the paths of ambitious, creative individualists and people who are here, in the very heart of the city, on the Tramvayovey St., want to create a truly unique living space. The ubiquitous spirit of the world of cinema and the projects implemented here ensure that the area continues to be humming with life, and everyone who decides to settle here gets a chance to be at the center of the incredible events that so often take place in the city.

About property

When designing the Primo residential complex, our priority was to create a modern place that naturally fits into the environment. The exterior of the building, on par with the previous stages of construction, aims to reflect the historical style of the facades. Using vertical divisions of the facade of variable height and abandoning the strips of recessed balconies, we want to recreate the style of facades, typical of the industrial era.

A distinctive feature of the third set of the Primo residential complex is ground floor apartments with a ceiling height of up to 3.7 m, with adjacent green areas overlooking the courtyard. In addition, plans are underway to create penthouses on the upper floors. Some of them will have roof terraces, where, surrounded by greenery, you can relax and admire the cityscape.

The architectural studio Ja2plus was responsible for developing the residential complex.
